Premium loads on OZ's ORD flight are not good, especially if you pay attention OZ keep downsize this route's plane type from 74E, to 3 class 772, to 2 class 772.

I can guess because OZ is finally trying to compete with KE ? Judging from the departure time, it is very similiar to KE's departure time on the ORD flight. OZ arrive late in ORD, which make very poor connection if someone need to go beyond ORD. Also, the departure time out of ORD is almost the last flight out of ORD, everything in T5 close way before OZ flight leaves.

Maybe you can't, but doesn't represent others. Just as other posters already mentioned BKK and SIN, I can add on HKG, MNL, and SGN to the list that can make the 11:00am connection to ORD.

I can tell you KE's ORD flight, their pax are either going to ICN, or connection to HKG, MNL, and SGN, very seldom anywhere else. Maybe that is what OZ are seeking to grab those pax from KE. It is extremely rare someone use OZ or KE to and from HGH.
