That's where "useless" hublets like CLE come in.
That does make some sense, and it's probably CLE's only hope to survive as an airport of any significance.
As far as traffic routing is concerned, there's a lot of logic in building the world's largest airport in the middle of Nebraska, but it just isn't going to happen.
