You might be correct on the current year benefit. I do not have Centurion. I am just posting based on what I have read before on this forum and it has been reported by people here that Centurion members were upgraded at FHR properties upon making a reservation.
That's a common misnomer. Centurion members only get confirmed upgrades at SOME Centurion Partner FHR properties, not all FHR properties. The Centurion Partner list that does confirm upgrades is pretty short (Mandarin Oriental, Orient Express, Peninsula, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis).
No Four Seasons properties. I usually book FS through FSPP since the benefits are usually better than Centurion's for my circumstances.
