I'm very happy that the OP started this thread. I have never flown IC in SK C, although I have been tempted. This would be using my own money, so it would have to be absolutely fabulous. Quite many of the regulars in C seem to think SK C is decent, which has made me think it's probably worth it (I'm thinking similar rates as the OP had).

I sleep like a baby in any seat, so what I would look for is the great service, the food and the beverages. Especially the OP's poor experience of the service makes me worried, as hasn't that been the strong point of SK?

Have to think twice then before investing heaps of money (times 2...) into a SK C ticket for a special trip.
