Do you not already? I am sure that the signs at T5 South Security have First, Club, Gold, Silver on them with the OW Sapphire and Emerald logos. And if your status is on your BP, when the security entrance scans your 'speckle' it should show you as eligible for access.
I will have to check again this week, but I was fairly sure (at least at north security) that the OW ovals were REMOVED a few months after T5 opening.
