Flahusky, not sure if you have the $40 unlimited broadband from Virgin Mobile, but even though they do restrict your speed, it is still not a bad deal I think. I mean, I am back on my Verizon 4G Pantech UML290 (10G/$80 Month) simply because it is the fastest I have ever used. I stream financial data for day trading, so speed is important, but if all want to do is check email or just browse the net, then that Virgin Mobile $40 unlimited broadband (using Novatel Oviation MC760) is not bad, very cost effective (just slower than molasses in January).

This is how I am going to be setup now. In order of priority.

#1 4G Pantech UML290 Verizon Wireless 10G $80 a month
#2 4G MiFi 4510L Verizon Wireless 10G $80 a month (so I can use to download large files on my iPhone when it request a wifi connection, etc)
#3 3G Novatel Oviation MC760 Virgin Mobile $40 a month unlimited (as a cost effective backup device since it is on a different network [Sprint])

Here is a picture of and a review of the Pantech UML290. It has a face plate you can turn sideways so it has a retro 80's tv antenna look to it and it has an extension so you can plug into the USB on your laptop and then clip it to the top of your monitor.
