That's the one. But you could try going to CX's lounges see if they will let you in. Some people said OW rules stated you can access OW lounges based on your traveling classes and some people said otherwise. Doesn't hurt to try. JL736 usually departs at around gate 25 so The Cabin is the one closest to the gate.

I don't think there are much made to order snack other than the ramen/soba/udon de sky. There are probably sandwiches and some packaged snacks on your YVR flights.
