If I remember right the walk from the PH to the Westin isn't too bad, maybe about 20 minutes or so. We had dinner at Prime one night and it was one of the better meals we had. Near the PH is Sailors Thai which I also recommend. Really liked the vibe of the Canteen but if you're not much on crowds or are looking for an intimate dinner, it's not the place.

sydakllon, what's your take on Bills? Still haven't made it to either of the ones here in the Tokyo area but am ready for some real breakfast food. Not one of the strong suits in the Japanese market but understandable.
