I would suggest you cancel the Hilton and switch to either Starwood. The location of the Hilton is unacceptable, period. You must use the shuttle or taxi everywhere and this is very inconvenient and expensive. The Excelsior is better located but I have stayed at the St. Regis and loved it. In the future I will stay at the Excelsior.
