So, in Rome, would a stay in the Grand or the Westin Excelsior be better? My wife and I are planning to be in Rome during April 2003, and have a confirmed award reservation at the Hilton Cavaleri. But I am considering moving to a Starwood property. This would be an award stay, for 5 nights.

Any suggestions? I am a Platinum with Starwood. Which Starwood property would yeild the nicest room and experience?
