I wonder if this is a YVR foodie thing as I just returned from las vegas and brought back a new meat thermometer, candy thermometer, meat probe and a very narrow/flexible egg flipper that I've been in search of for years. Every time I travel some pan, a new gizmo or utensil comes back with me.
