More legroom than an MD-80, a little more width, but not much. There's no armrest between the seats. If you're traveling mid-week, it's likely you won't have someone sitting next to you (especially if the lowest fare buckets are still selling).

The upgrade to business (2x1 seating, $19 each way) is a good value.
