We're cancelling the Nile cruise, and early thoughts of Marrakech are on the back burner. In fact, anywhere in North Africa or the Middle East is off the agenda just now.

I appeal to the citizens of Virginia to stay calm, stay indoors and watch the pretty snowflakes.
