Even though it is due for a major refurbishment, Park Hyatt is by far the best, especially if you get an opera house view. It closes March for 6-12 months as they are remodelling the exterior as well as the entire interior. They will build a new rooftop pool, spa, fitness, spending around 50 million Aus Dollars.

Four Seasons is not a great place to stay these days, even on the club floor. I prefer The Observatory - the food is better there, too.
