As has been indicated many times in this thread, the 30% bonus takes 24 hours to show up on My Promos. I signed up for both on the 26th. 50% and MQM showed up immediately. 30% is there now. No idea if I'll actually get the miles for it, however, as I haven't gotten the card and done the transfer yet.
