As far as rates and closing. Hyatt offers stay certificates for many of their properties, including the Park Hyatt Sydney. Use the code HSINN1 in the special offer code field and you can purchase the cert later if the rate is available. I did a quick check the middle of March and the cert is $319 where the best rate is 695 AUD. Anyway, looks like it's closing down end of March beginning of April.
