Yes---she said she is going through the administrative process and then plans on filing suit. She has filed a tort claim (part of the administrative process). http://mothering.com/all-things-moth.../stacey-armato I have no idea what's in that tort claim, but if it has something to do with unlawful detention, that could conceivably have something to do with TSA's decision to get rid of the glass boxes. At the least it could explain why Blogger Bob said what happened was "proper procedure" when it was not.
