Okay, just got off the phone with Verizon Wireless via 800-922-0204 and here is the deal.

They said they are experiencing problems with obtaining the data that should post in the "Data Usage" field. They said they are experiencing this problem with accounts on the "MBB 10GB" plan ($80 a month plan).

They informed me the "Data Usage" field will not be populated on my account for the bill that has already posted, so if I keep checking back, it will be for no reason because it is blanked out because the information was not available to them when they posted my bill.

I told them that I posted this in a forum and another Verizon Wireless customer has a bill with the "Data Usage" fields populated and the response I got was that person must not be on the "MBB 10GB" plan (I am leary of this explanation, but it does sound possible).
