There is an element of the behaviours of the company influencing the behaviours of customers here too I feel. Few customers will go out of their way to assist a company which they feel has not done much to assist with problems inherently caused by the company (even if said customers hold shares in the company) nor truly recognised the impact of those issues upon the customer.

I can't be the only person not feeling a lot of goodwill towards BA at the moment.
