And in all honesty, I did not intend to come across as a better man or to state that someone is bad if they don't cancel the seat. There is really no requirement to do it so everyone decides for themselves. There are many things that people do and I don't and vice versa.
I meant the time more than the 50p or so you'll save by not phoning.

By the time you've switched your computer on, found out the PNR, phoned, messed with the menu system, sat on hold, you're probably looking at 10-15 minutes.
