It's probably the worst FS in the world. Originally built as a Regent, most of the rooms are small and not well furnished, but the deluxe corner rooms are OK (these were originally junior suites). Hence the variation in reviews based on what room was gotten. It is definitely not the best hotel in Sydney, and borderline to make the top 10.
