Are you suggesting that there are more PDX - DCA customers than SEA - DCA customers?

It would have to be significantly more for this to make sense since SEA is an easier connection point than PDX by a fair amount. If there are equal or even slightly less SEA - DCA vs PDX - DCA customers it makes more sense to leave it SEA from an operational (irrops) and connecting traffic standpoint.
