welookgood.....you may be missing the fact that starwood allows you to book an upgraded room ahead of time at certain hotels, at least this has been our experience. this is, of course, for more points than a standard room and we are happy to use the extra points...this is done honestly and in accordance with starwood. you obviously do not have any experience with any hotels in fp so i don't think our discourse is getting anywhere, but thanks anyway.
