My nephew today was booked CMH-TPA-FLL but he was notified the flight was cancelled, probably aircraft/crew comes from BWI. They rebooked him for tomorrow. He called today and asked if anything was avaliable today, they said yes but he would have to pay $200.00. I told him that was not fair
since the flight was cancelled due to weather and they are allowing rescheduling at not added cost but only once?
I called WN and asked why he is charged more as it was because of weather and they put him on a flight tomorrow when something became avaliable today. I called 2 other times and finally got an agent who talked to her supervisior and they said he could take the 2:30PM flight today via BWI to PBI at no added charge. I thank them for doing this as he would loose a day in Florida when he has to come back Sunday.
