Your ticket hasn't been reissued yet. This isn't a problem right now and it should happen well before your departure. However, if you're ~1 month out before your trip and they still haven't deducted the miles, call and ask for it to be manually reissued. If you were to show up at the airport without a reissued ticket, you could be in for quite a long wait as many TAs have no idea what they're doing when it comes to mileage upgrades.
