LX only releases seats at 300 days out, so that would be the soonest you could possibly book your itinerary if you want to take an LX flight.

ANA will likely be really hard to get, when I searched at 300 days out I couldn't find one seat on any route for anything close to my time frame. YMMV.

Thai still has some of the best award availability out there, wouldn't worry to much about finding available flights on them.

I would suggest you try Asiana (OZ), their first looks VERY good - I'm booked ICN-FRA in September. Availability was good when I booked.
