Not that great. Big rooms but lousy furnishing. Also in a terrible location. Good if you are staying over and are flying through pudong. If not you should defintely stay at the Ritz Portman or Grand Hyatt. The Grand Hyatt is really one of the best hotels that I stayed at. I am a very loyal spg fan but in this case I must make an exception.Forget about the Westin Shanghai. That is the worst Westin I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The service is crap and the rooms are nasty and the washrooms are awful.
