tracon: I (mistakenly) thought from reading previous RTW threads and posts - like the one Yukonprince linked to above - that if I had any legs on AC at allI'd be dinged with huge fuel surcharges, so I was trying to avoid even any within NA legs. Now I know the difference though
On my next mini RTW in April I am on Air Canada as follows: Fredericton - Montreal, Narita - Toronto - Montreal - Fredericton.

My total fees including the $30 booking fee was close to $230...
