I have a flight tomorrow from ORD-LGA, hoping the travel waiver would extend as I don't want to risk being trapped in NYC next week should a new storm emerge.

Seeing that the past two days have been pretty busy with cancellations, I would expect a lot of VDB opportunities tomorrow.

My questions:

1. If I VDB, can I still use the travel waiver rule to refund my ticket without fee? (assuming the waiver extends to tomorrow)

2. How much are VDB vouchers these days? Last October when I VDBed for LAX-ORD, it was $400. Is this still the case?
