I use the MAN LHR shuttles all the time and very very rarely are the departures late beyond 10mins. If a MAN flight is delayed you can bet your bottom dollar thats its an issue at LHR!!!!!

I've done the same MAN-LHR-BOM timings as yours with no worries at all....but then it is worth mentioning that I was totally on hand luggage.
