I checked out of the Sheraton Gateway Suites ORD yesterday after a stay of 3 nights, and my folio was approximately $589.

Per my review of Starwood balance today, I earned only 276 Starpoints and a 50% PLT bonus??

Also, of course I did not get on-line booking bonus, nor did I receive the 500 point PLT amenity bonus, or the 5000 points I had been promised by GM re: Sheraton Promise regarding numerous service/maintenance issues.

The Room and Tax were all charged to my folio (no direct billing here).

This was not a Priceline stay, and was made through Starwood's website directly.

To top it off, the system is not giving me stay credit re: # of nights and YTD stays.
