Reinstate the somewhat short lived ANC - LAS non-stop flights (and offer more than a couple of days a week)
Consider the LAX - LAS market (probably not the best use of mainline iron but a great segment for the Bomabardier's)
Initiate a direct flight between ANC - PHX (min, 3X a week should be enough to accomodate all the snowbirds)
I also think that better access between Anchorage and No. Dakota and Wyoming will be an issue in the near future...
