The solution is simple: just initialize your middle name! My passport spells out my middle name but in my MP account I use the middle initial, which appears on my reservations/BPs. I travel only internationally and have never experienced a problem. Having said that, the rules have been tightened quite a bit...

I also have a hyphenated middle name and I just put the initial in as the middle name in MP even though the full middle name is on my passport. Never had a problem anywhere in the world.
