It's been 2 years since I was at both properties. At that time the rooms were nice, the patio furniture was clean (I remember that because I ate breakfast every morning on the patio) and the landscaping was beautiful.

Hopefully after Frommer's wrote that someone got in touch with the management and made them get their act together.
