With 400+ rooms, this property may be one of the largest Hyatt Places in the system. I'm curious as to how the addition of a Hyatt property in O'ahu may affect the rates at HR Waikiki (and did i also hear a plan for opening an ANdAZ in Hawaii in the near future?)
