Question Claiming Missing Miles on AA codeshare on BA operated flight upgraded to Business?

Hi All,

Back in 23rd Dec 2010 I flew from LHR to SEA on a AA purchased codeshare ticket, on a BA operated flight.

I was very lucky and BA upgraded my economy seat to business class, probably because the flight was over booked and this was during the snow chaos at LHR.

Anyway, I completely forgot to give my Executive Club number to the agent (thought my number was already there when booked) however, the miles have not posted on my Executive Club account.

I still have the ticket stub so I went to the missing mileage claim form here:
https://www.britishairways.com/trave...club/_gf/en_gb and after filling out the form I have to manually fax a copy of my ticket, itinerary, and confirmation to BA - I'm assuming this is because it was an AA purchased codeshare ticket.

I sent in my fax 4th of January and still not heard anything. I've got a couple questions:

- Does anyone know an email address or the best way to escalate? I called BA and they said they cannot help as this is a partner codeshare flight

- I'm assuming I am eligible for BA miles and tier points as this is a codeshare flight with AA?

- Will I get business class miles posted or only economy miles as that's what I booked originally?

Thanks in advance.
