It's just the base fare prices from shoulders to peep @292 and praggin to the bears @ 364.
What we do here is use tricks (hence, the phrase "Trick It" in the title) to reduce or eliminate the YQ from a fare. There's nothing that can be done about base fare or other taxes except choosing better itineraries (e.g., don't book trips ex-LHR to avoid the departure tax). Since you're already paying base fare and nothing else, you're as low as can go.
