Use wise, areas like Leeds, Sheffield and surroundings.
Calling wise, I probably need a few hundred minutes/month. I would use a skype-to-go number to call people abroad, so it would be a UK landline number I'd be calling. Other than that texting/calling UK numbers

I have a UK bank account and am a EU national so I dont think there should be any issue with a contract
