The site was very slow for me yesterday evening. I had the same issue, where it said the code had already been entered, and the points didn't post. Only later that evening, after I'd clicked through several pages, did the points post.

Same here. I will say that the email in question showed just Coke Classic products at the bottom.
Oh, well, Mr. Kipper's account has a 3 day window, so I guess I'll enter my other codes there.
