Always have credited my miles to Mileage Plus, but opened a OnePass account recently for the Chase MC Bonus.

Anyhow, looking at MUC-HAN-MUC flights on LOT via Kayak, I am getting S-fares from Eur-Asia and Q-fares on the return. S-fares only earn 50% towards MP, Q-fares earn 100%:

Anyhow, out of curiosity I checked on Continental and was surprised to discover that both S and Q earn 100% OnePass miles:

I guess it was naive to assume that UA and CO would have the same terms with their *A partners.

Anyhow, I should credit this trip to the OnePass account, correct? Any disadvantages to doing this -- I assume that being *S on UA but not having CO status has no effect on this decision?
