I dont think it makes that much different as you are only going to wait another 15 min or so but i guess if gives you something to do whilst they dock.
I don't mind people using their smart phones to surf the web but no loud conversation next to me please. I don't want the plane to turn into HK subway

But I think it should be fine. People are pretty considerate in general on JAL.
