I'm not totally sure I understand the question.

You could do a r/t award MCO - OTZ or OME with a stopover in ANC. You could only stop overnight in either OTZ or OME, correct, but you could land in both places. In fact, you could theoretically route yourself through multiple airports in AK during such a trip, but correct that only one stopover is permitted per r/t award.
