Flight 153 goes ANC-OTZ-OME-ANC and Nome is pretty interesting, at least enough so to warrant a short stop there. It's the end of the iditarod race and there is some local cultural things to see. During the summer OTZ and OME are served by the 737-400 on one of the flights but during the winter it's all combi service.
I know this is an old thread, but wouldn't that routing with only 1 stopover just be passing thru otz and ome? I am looking at Orlando, Anchorage for the stopover and Barrow, ANC, MCO. Good use of miles from FL!!
