I stayed at two different All Seasons Hotels recently which could not have been more different from each other:

1st: All Seasons Auckland was a simply horrible experience: Cramped room, old and worn. Also not really clean, especially the bathroom. No amenities at all, just one towel, no hair dryer. Staff was unfriendly and not really caring. The building has about 20 floors, however only two (small and slow) elevators.

2nd: All Seasons Bangkok Sathorn was nice, feels new and large compared to Auckland. This is on one level with Holiday Inn Express in Europe which i know quite well.


Regarding what I have heard from friends about All Seasons the quality depends very much on the single hotel.
