Update on my trip:
I arrived at Narita fairly well rested and did not seek out a hotel. Boarded the bus for Haneda with my bag as there was no luggage service that would guarantee delivery before my flight time and JAL was not willing to let me check it through. Upon arrival I inquired about checking my bag but was denied as expected as the flight was not departing for 14 hours.
The luggage storage at the Int'l terminal will happily store your bags at a fee of 500Yen depending on size. Keep in mind they clock at daily increments- which is to say from midnight to midnight, hence my bag cost 1000YEN because I checked in from 6pm to 6am. Took the train into town and walked around, looked into the overnight package at the Internet/manga cafes as was recommended (cost is about 1200-1500Yen in the part of town I was in). Ended up having a nice dinner then catching a few zzz's at the airport. In the Intl terminal there are seats 3 across, if you are taller I would suggest going to level 1 as there are seats 4 across there. The Sakura Lounge does not open till 6am but was able to shower and eat breakfast. I LOVE the massage chairs in the lounge
Thanks for the input, hope my experiences help others and safe travels everyone!
