self-closing drawers...mechanisms don’t tend to hold up well under aggressive movement.

pool area...at most times there was an attendant on hand to provide heated towels and robes.

I have never seen so many smiles or heard my name called out as many times at any other FS resort.

At no point did the staff not know exactly where our ski gear was and they were extremely helpful in getting equipment to ‘n fro and assisting with any rental needs...Gorsuch, a famous Vail outfitter, has a fitting office on-site at the resort and they coordinate with the Ski Concierge any equipment movement that is required...The Ski Concierge office has coffee and muffins and folks who will eagerly assist you with your equipment and doing any hauling as necessary to the lift.

The bell captain collected the bags and loaded up the car...while I paid...front desk staff packed a FS bag for us with bottled water and fruit
another (3rd) detailed report. ^

not "quiet-close" drawers like in kitchens?

also, any comparison to other top properties, whether FS or not?
