Well, as a 1P, your boss should know one thing - UDU is free based on status.

So if you travel more than enough (personal and business), you deserve the seat (if you get it).

On the other hand, anything you do to make your boss to sit in F with you seems like kissing butt...

My suggestion - don't do anything at all (but still ask your boss to board with you).
