I used a GLON award for a 6 night stay as a Gold in early Jan. Was very pleased with the hotel and had a 22 fl room with lovely sunrise views of LA. Got free b'fast vouchers for 2 for the Continental b'fast which was more than we could eat (upgrade to full b'fast with a huge selection was $9 more). Also got 2 free appetizer + non alcoholic bev at the lounge on non weekend nights. Lounge also had a very nice happy hour spread with good muchies each night. Also got fruit, candy & cakes a couple of nights during my stay.

I loved the location of this hotel. Shuttle to Universal Studios/City Walk if you wished but was very walkable (buying tix from the hotel gave you two days for the price of one). You could also walk to the red line Metro station so we avoided the rental car & parking fee. Found we could get most places in LA with little effort for $6 r.t.!

Didn't mind not having the exec lounge here since it was very nice in the lobby bar area.
