You should just sit in F and not discuss it. Clearly you travel a lot for your job and this is one of the rewards. No biggie.
Btw - I recently traveled with my parents on separate reservations and I cleared my upgrade. I gave the seat to my dad to enjoy. In that case, it was a totally different decision making process for me.
