I guess what I don't understand, is when I log into AF or KLM.com with the booking code, my flights show up, but I have no seats. When I try to pick a seat, it says not available, pick another. Of course this is not BE.

I have both the AF and DL confirm #s. When I log onto AF with the info, my flight comes up, but I can't pick a seat.
